Thank you for shopping with Beyond the Buoy! We partner with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment service, to create and ship custom products made just for you. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received. Each product is made to order and goes through a quality check before it ships.

Please note: Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA: 3–5 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping estimates are provided by Printful and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware of the following:

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs clearance processes may delay delivery beyond our original estimates.

💡 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the item type, quantity, and destination. We do our best to keep shipping costs transparent and affordable.
